Take A Look At Yourself, To Find Out If You Are In Faith

The message translation makes our opening verse beautifully. It says, " test yourself to make sure that you are solid in faith. Don't drift by taking everything for granted. Give yourself regular exams." this is one of the things you need to learn how to do for yourself as a Christian. Have an honest self-Assessment of how much you have grown up and grow in your faith journey.

For example, you should be able to evaluate yourself about your efforts to earn souls. You should do it every once in a while. Review your beliefs about the gospel. If you have been a Christian for a long time and you have received the word, it would be wrong if you were asked to engage or encourage you to actively gain souls for Christ. You should be motivated by the mind.

Remember that the gospel of Jesus Christ is the only hope for today's world, and no sacrifice can be too big for this cause. Paul said: "... Woe to me, if I do not preach the gospel!" (1 Corinthians 9:16). Then, make an honest assessment of your involvement in the gain of souls. Don't say, "it's for pastors and church leaders"; no! This is the personal responsibility of every Christian.

Therefore, set personal goals for the number of souls to be won for Christ, and realize it. It's like what we read in the parable of the sower; Jesus said: a sower came out to sow his seed (Matthew 13:3). The seeds sown, which fell on a good soil, produced a harvest: about a hundred times more, about Sixty times, about thirty times (Matthew 13:8). The word that has been sown has produced results! The question is then: how fast would you choose souls for the kingdom?

Are you still at the same level "Thirty times more" where you were in your effort to gain souls when you originally gave your heart to Christ. You should stop by the hundredfold! In other words, be ready for the gospel, as if it were up to you alone to touch the whole world! This is the right attitude you must have for the gospel
